It's alive....

It's been about two months since I've posted -- I started a new job and graduate school and just wasn't finding time. But I'm back, and trying a new format -- showcasing some of my favorite photographs from flickr, instead of just my own work.


So, in honor of fall (which I've almost missed, we had a few snowflakes fall here yesterday!) a simple, but gorgeous, leaf.

I love the contrast of golden-orange-yellow and the greens of the water (olive-y to that beautiful turquoise at the top) in this one, and the subtle movement in the water.
